Because specialty crops are difficult to grow, innovation is a top priority for us. We’re never afraid to go outside of our comfort zone. Whether we’re looking at the most progressive farming techniques at trade shows in Europe or consulting with our people in the fields, we are constantly sharing knowledge and asking ourselves how we can improve.
Our improvement process starts by communicating with our customers and employees and explore areas where they see room for greater efficiencies. On such example included the development of an automated harvesting program with technology from Europe. The end result was the creation of a powerful machine that makes our harvesters’ jobs safer and easier.
We work hard to maintain a culture that encourages new ideas so we can be at the forefront of innovation in everything we do.
